Grand old hotel in a safe area near the Cathedral and the historic centre. We were given functional, huge room with jacuzzi. The staff was polite, wanted to make our stay very enjoyable. Variety of options, good food.

Better choose this place to stay when in Guadalajara. An excellent place with an outstanding view. Free breakfast with various food choices. The staff was BEAUTIFUL, helped me a lot.

Great value for money and close to where I needed to be. The hotel was fairly clean, and I loved an easy location. Particularly helpful staff providing brilliant service. The view from the warm room was awesome. Pool was heated too. The restaurant was amazing and offered hot dishes.

The hotel was situated so close to palacio de gobierno and also we could visit guadalajara cathedral. Nestled in a colonial style building, magnificent location.
